You are here: Basic feed > EQUINA MEGANUTRIL

The basic forms of horse feeds available to horses, for instance, roughage (hay and straw) and grains (oats, barley, and corn), as well as pastureland and silage, are not able to provide the complete nutritional levels required. Poor quality and unsuitable storage contribute to these insufficient standards. Without the proper supplements to a horses feed rations, his general well being and all around soundness will deteriorate over time.

Problems such as metabolism imbalance, early problems with arthritis and rheumatism, as well as high nervous tension are some of the conditions resulting from these deficits. By providing minerals, vitamins and amino acids, in particularly the Ca/P element, these problems can be avoided.

EQUINA MEGANUTRIL

is a homeopathic, biological, high quality mineral feed supplement containing a mixture of ingredients which are made up of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, combined with yeast and nutritionally rich algae concentrate. The ratio of Calcium(Ca):Phospherus(P) is 4:1.

EQUINA MEGANUTRIL reliably compensates for the deficits in the basic feed of grain and roughages available, and provides for a balanced supply of nutrients:

Foals (from 6 mos.) - 3 yrs.

for even and overall development of the skeletal, muscular, and central nervous systems

Sport and Performance horses

maintains the daily nutritional requirement for both normal training and high stress performance

Breeding horses
keeps nutrient levels consistent during pregnancy to avoid deficits in the developing foal as well as while lactating. Helps breeding stallions maintain condition during the stress of the breeding season.

ACTIVE2 TEC

(Trace Element Complex)

A combination of organic and inorganic forms of trace elements which ensures optimum levels of nutrient intake with both immediate and long lasting effect.
This new combination of organic and inorganic forms of trace elements, such as iron, copper, zinc, manganese or selenium, insures optimum levels of nutrients over a long term period, this in turn guarantees the highest rate of results.

Recommended daily dose:

to meet daily basic requirements

for horses (500-600 kg) : 30g per day = 1 measuring spoon
for foals as of 7 month of life: 10g per day = ½ measuring spoon

For small to medium-sized breeds calculate the above rations to the horse‘s weight, receive respectively the half of the above-mentioned ration

Because of its increased content of vitamins A, D3 and trace elements, this mineral feed must not make up more than 2% of the horse‘s daily intake.
